Roger Morneau born in 1925, in New Brunswick Canada lived in a family with devout Catholic parents. His two aunts were nuns, and he had an uncle who was a priest. And by his early teen age years Rodger began to have questions about the Catholic beliefs he grew up with. For instance he was really impressed by a Protestant mechanic who never used profanities regardless of what went wrong. This mechanic was a very disciplined and respectful man of prayer. Which was confusing to Morneau since he was taught that “Outside of the Roman Catholic Church, there is no salvation.”
Morneau also was not able to understand God’s justice. He was taught by leaders of the church that you could pay money during the mass which would aid your chances to got to heaven. They explained to him that you could be saved of the fires of purgatory. This belief appeared very unfair to which caused him to doubt God’s existence as he grew older.
It was 47 years ago in 1945 as a youth of 20 that I found myself in a very strange situation. I am French Canadian by birth and came from a large family. I was raised as a Christian and believed in God, but as happens to many youth, I drifted away from these beliefs and even wondered
about there being a God.
After serving time in the service, I was trying to figure out what to do with my life and what sort
of work I would do. One day while in the city, I met a friend from the service, and we struck
up a conversation. He told me about some meetings he was going to and invited me to come along.
He asked me if I would like to see and talk to my dead mother. He told me that the priest of these
meetings could conjure her spirit so I could talk to her.
I did not think to much of that idea, but decided to go along with him just to see what was going on.
I continued to attend and became more involved with the group, intrigued by what I saw and
heard. After a time I was told that the master (Lucifer) wanted to groom me for a high office in
his organization, to be a priest in the Satanic Church. I was told that if I accepted, I would
become wealthy and successful and want for nothing this world had to offer. I was not sure about
doing this, for as a youth my father told me that in situations like this there would be a price to
pay, and to make sure I was willing to pay the price before I entered an agreement.
I did not answer in the affirmative but continued to go to the meetings. It was not until a series
of providential circumstances took place that I cut my ties with the group.
I know the Lord Jesus Christ rescued me from the very pit of hell itself.
As I was being instructed and trained by the high priest, I was told many things about Satan’s
organization and his plans for the future of the world. I was sworn to secrecy on threat of instant
death if I ever revealed what was told to me. This was privy information meant only for the ears
of those being trained to work in his satanic majesty’s service.
What I am going to share with you now has been heard by almost no one. It is only by the
providence of God in protecting me and not letting the enemy do away with me that I am able to
share this information with you. The Lord wants people to be aware of Satan’s
operation to destroy mankind so they will not be deceived by him.
When I first heard what I am going to share with you I was astounded. Mind you, it was 47 years
ago that I was told this information. I am still astounded as I see it being fulfilled before my very
eyes today.
The Lord has protected me from the wrath of the enemy and by God’s grace I stand before you
tonight to share this vital information about the enemy’s plans formulated way back in the 1700’s.
His plan as you will see is right on schedule, and sadly, has so far been most successful. This is
what I was told:
Satan and his Great General Counsel
Now this society owns a famous and very beautiful resort, which is in the Laurentia
n Mountains north of Montreal, just above St Agate, Quebec. Well to do Montrealers all go north to this resort
and many have summer homes in the area. Anyhow, this large resort is reserved at special times
for their people. As a closed society, on October31, (Halloween) they conduct what they refer to
as “live animal sacrifices”. I don‟t know all of the details this, for by the time God had
miraculously pulled me out of there, I had not yet found this out. So there was this intrigue as to
what is really goes on at that time. However, I did attend three very unique services at his resort
which will stay in my mind forever. On one was entitled “Christian Idolatry”. The second one
was called the “Super Deception of a Glorious New Age” which I‟d say applies to
the „New Age‟ today, and this all occurred way back in the year 1946! And the third one was entitled
“Satan‟s Great General Counsel of the 1700s”. I must say the things that I heard there at these
sessions were real eye openers.
First we‟ll look at the „Great General Counsel‟: “At the beginning of the 1700s”, said the high
priest, “Lucifer and all his spirit counselors throughout the world held a Great General Counsel
with one purpose in mind, it was to prepare for the great industrial age which was soon t
o break upon the world, and they also foresaw another age that was to follow the industrial age, where
tremendous scientific discoveries would be made by people, and the world would enter into a
unique age that would change the way that everyone lives.
Lucifer also understood that these changes would also usher in the end times and the close of the
„Great Controversy‟ between the forces of good and evil. The priest said that Lucifer had been
studying the Bible and he found in Daniel 12:4 where we are told about the time of the end,
„Many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall be increased.‟ He understood it to be that they
were getting to that point, and he with all the spirit counselors, now needed to change their
modes of operation in order to better ensnare people and devise a way whereby people would
disqualify themselves from being members of Christ‟s coming kingdom.
By the time the Counsel came to a close they had settled upon three major policies
that were going to be followed. First, they were to see to it that humans would be made to
believe that Lucifer and his angels do not really exist. You see, up to that time in Europe for
instance you could easily find a soothsayer or a fortune teller, and if you wanted to put a
curse on someone you could go and see a witch, that‟s the way it was, but now this all
needed to change. Lucifer said that we have to make sure that people come to believe that
he and his angels do not really exist.
The next step in the three part strategic policy adopted at the Council, was to find a way to be
able to obtain total control of people‟s minds, and this would be done
by taking hypnotism out of the realm of the occult and introducing it into the field of medicine as a new “science”, for the
supposed great benefit of mankind. They strategized that by taking hypnotism out of the realm of
the occult and mainstreaming it as a science, they could regress people and flatter them to
actually believe that they were in an earlier life someone of renown, maybe Alexander the Great
or one of his generals, educators, or other historical figures of influence that did great things.
These supposed regressions of people to so called former lives would become a popular belief.
Of course, after the session is over the person wouldn’t know a thing about ancient history and
the particular person that she or he had just talked about, lets say three or four thousand years
ago. Now what this would do is to create in the minds of the general public, an unwavering trust
in this great deception. In other words, people would believe that this person who was
hypnotized actually regressed in time to former lives and remember having done this or that.
Satan’s Master Plan THE GREAT GENERAL COUNCIL:
In the 1700’s, Satan called a great world council for all his angels and demons to lay out a master
plan for the conversion of the world to his side. The purpose was to ready his forces just before
the last great controversy between himself and Christ. He told them that his special target was to
be America (the only nation that professes to trust in God).
This council was to prepare and train his angels and demons on how they were to work and
howto prepare the world’s people for the great industrial age and a greater age to follow of great
scientific discoveries that would change the w ay everybody would live, which would usher in
the last final great controversy between good and evil.
Satan said he would devise ways whereby people will disqualify themselves from being
members of Christ’s kingdom. This was to be accomplished by:
a) Bringing about a great industrial age,
b) Introduce Christian idolatry, and
c) Deceive people into believing about a coming Glorious New Age.
The plan would involve the following:
1. To deceive people about the existence of Satan and his angels, so they would not believe
that they exist.
2. To have total control over the minds of people through hypnotism.
3. To destroy the Bible without burning it through the theory of evolution.
4. Christian idolatry
5. Hypnotism
To set his plan in motion, Satan started by taking control of peoples mind through hypnosis. A
the time of the council in the 1700’s hypnosis was only used in occultic services. Satan said he
was going to bring it out into the open and make it a science, make it appear to be a benefit to
mankind, scientifically acceptable.
He explained how he would gain peoples trust by healing disease, introducing it into medical
practice for healing disease, alleviating mental problems, using it for patients for surgery, and
solving crime problems.
As his plans developed he introduced psychological principles such as hypnotic regression to supposedly take a person back to a former life as some other person, or to past experiences in this life. This of course supported the notions of life after death and reincarnation, both of which
are unscriptural beliefs.
He told the council that through this avenue of mysticism, he would de-christianize the western
world. This bears heavily, as you will soon see, on the beginnings of the theory of evolution. In
order to begin this movement, Satan chose a Physician named Franz Mesmer to bring hypnosis
to the forefront and to be accepted as legitimate by using it in his medical practice. It was at first
called, “Animal Magnetism,” then known as “Mesmerism.” By the time Mesmer died in 1815
many European doctors were using it to anesthetize their patients for surgery.
The operations of witchcraft have multiple methods of usage to gain their advantage: manipulation, intimidation, exercising power over or control and deception. If you have grown weary of these things in your life you can be made free, powerfully free by coming under the highest power in the universe, and of course if you are under the jurisdiction of the strongest master in the world then it’s just simple law that you can’t come under the power of another if you stay with that higher power. That power is the Creator. A demon is a person but a supernatural person you can’t see. The bible says “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Rom 10:13”. Demon’s compel, they give addictions if you have any compulsions that you can’t stop then there is almost always a demon behind it. Your Creator, the God who formed you in the womb will restrain all Satanic powers “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved; And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus Ephesians 2:4-7” Satan always pleads in the ear of those who seek to escape his grasp with the words that “you have gone to far”, others may be able to be forgiven but not you”, these are lies he uses to condemn you.
God said, “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” God has committed through the life and death of His own son that He would save you, and all who will come to Him. If you desire help then He is leading you right now to Him. “For as much as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 1Pe 1:18-19.”
